Daisy believed their relationship was serious and that Fresh was committed to her.
Daisy released a statement with the texts, providing her perspective. She mentioned plans to move from China to Miami to be closer to Fresh. Initially, she intended to get a separate apartment due to his non-monogamous views, but he expressed a desire to get a house together.
Daisy emphasized that Fresh knew her stance on abortion and understood she would keep the baby if she became pregnant.
After informing him of her pregnancy, Fresh allegedly stopped responding to her communication attempts, avoided discussing it in person, and only urged her to terminate the pregnancy.
Daisy chose to expose this information about Walter to warn other women and hopefully compel him to take responsibility.

Fresh and Fit, accompanied by their lawyer James Sexton, responded to the allegations during their podcast on April 5th, 2024. They expressed skepticism regarding Daisy’s pregnancy, despite her providing medical evidence including bloodwork papers.
Their discussion suggested that Daisy might be using the situation as a form of manipulation, stemming from her frustration over Fresh’s refusal to move in with her, rather than genuine concerns about pregnancy.
On the other hand, Daisy participated in an interview with Aba N Preach, a YouTube duo known for criticizing Fresh and Fit in the past. In the interview, Daisy reiterated her accusations against Fresh. She said that Fresh showed their relationship as serious and committed by calling her his girlfriend, even though he denied it.
Daisy also stated that Fresh had discussed plans to buy a house specifically in preparation for the possibility of them having a child together.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
